I decided to travel for Christmas. I found my old training bag in the car boot when searching for a bag to stuff some things into for my trip. I decided to have a little play and make a short video to see how bad my technique is with being out of the ABA for a 6 years? I've not been at a training session for over 1.5 years now so that's my excuse :)
